$500 Sign On Bonus!The Maintenance Technician is a member of a team of maintenance professionals that maintain the physical integrity of the apartment community.
This involves insuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff.
The technician will diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance.
They will also be expected to aid in the fixing of all possible physical components of the apartment community.
What is required?A professional who possesses:
High School Diploma / GED or Accredited Vocational School CertificateOne year related experience in building maintenance, construction trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc), and/or training preferred.
Valid Driver's License, Automobile liability insurance and reliable transportation.
Passion for customer serviceEPA Certified for Refrigerant, or willingness to obtain certification upon hireAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructionsThe ability to provide skilled repairs and maintenance servicesSelf-motivatedThe ability and desire to learn new skillsAbility to fluently communicate in English both verbally and in writingWork Hours:
40 hours per week.
Maintenance Technician Scheduled work hours vary between 7:
30 am and 6 pm, 7 days per week based on the property needs.
In addition, Maintenance staff rotate 24 on-call including weekends.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
